Confidential Tutor Details: To preserve privacy and enhance security, specific details pertaining to tutors will remain confidential and undisclosed to the public. This confidential information includes Email address, Phone number, Last name, Bank details, Postal Code, and uploaded documents.

   • Tuition2u will disclose the phone number, email, and full address of the Tutee to the Tutor, and vice versa, exclusively upon the unequivocal confirmation of an assignment by both parties. This information exchange is solely for the purpose of facilitating liaison and coordination.

4. Dispute Resolution and Personal Information Protection:

   • In instances of disputes arising between the Tutee and Tutor, Tuition2u commits to preserving the confidentiality of personal information, refraining from disclosure unless mandated by legal obligations.

1) Disclosure of Users Personal Data: Tuition2u is committed to the responsible disclosure of Users’ Personal Data and may do so under the following circumstances:

• In response to a legal request from governmental or law enforcement bodies.
• To investigate potential violations.
• To prevent technical issues.
• To enforce applicable laws, procedures, and regulations in accordance with Singapore and international legislation.
• Upon request from processing partners for the purpose of making payments through financial institutions.
